Can’t sign in?
Use the number you joined with. The code comes by text; wait a minute and tap “Text me a code” again.
Friend can’t open a link?
They don’t need the app. Session links open in any browser.
Calendar not showing busy times?
Disconnect and reconnect it in Settings → Connected calendars.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings (gear) → Delete account, then type DELETE. On the web: Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent; see the Privacy Policy for what is removed.
How do I report or block someone?
Tap their name or photo to open their profile, then the ••• button → Report or Block. To report a chat message, press and hold it. Blocked people are listed in Settings → Blocked people. We review every report.
How do I stop text messages?
Reply STOP to any Courtiful text, or turn texts off in Settings → Notifications. Texts are always optional — see how texting works.
